Our on-site florist will thoughtfully arrange and wrap their selections, transforming each combination into a petite bouquet created especially for that guest.

It is part interactive experience, part meaningful keepsake and a lovely way to bring people together through flowers.

Bloom Bar services require a minimum booking of 30 guests.

Bouquet dimensions are approximate and refer to the finished bouquet at its widest point. The final size and appearance may vary according to the natural shape, size and character of the flowers selected.

Ready-Made Bouquets
Prepared and wrapped at the OBF studio before your event, then delivered ready for distribution.

Ideal for door gifts, corporate gifting and events that do not require a live station.
On-Site Wrapping
Guests choose their preferred flowers, and the OBF team arranges and wraps each bouquet during your event.

Includes up to two hours of on-site service, or until the flower allocation prepared for the confirmed number of guests has been fully utilised, whichever occurs first.
DIY Bloom Bar
Guests select, arrange and wrap their own flowers using the materials and tools provided.

Petite — $22 per guest
Signature — $34 per guest

Available as a standalone service. Tools are provided on loan and remain the property of Open Bloom Floral.
Each confirmed guest is allocated one bouquet. Final charges are based on the confirmed guest count.
Logistics within mainland Singapore are charged at $100 for Ready-Made Bouquets and $180 for On-Site Wrapping or DIY Bloom Bar packages. The applicable fee includes transport, parking and standard logistical support for the selected format.

Bouquet Presentation
Standard brown kraft wrapping is included.

Upgrade to layered Korean-style bouquet wrapping with an individual water bag to help keep the flowers hydrated.

Korean-style wrapping — $3 per bouquet

Alternative wrapper or ribbon colours may be requested and will be quoted according to the materials required.
Event Branding
Add your company logo, event artwork or a short message to each bouquet with customised round stickers.

Custom bouquet round stickers — $80

The fee includes sticker design and printing. Specific branding customisations require at least two months’ advance notice. Additional charges may apply for complex requests or revisions made after the artwork has been approved for printing.
Flower Selection
Our standard selection is thoughtfully curated according to your event palette and seasonal availability.

Additional filler or foliage variety — from $45

Requests for specific, premium or out-of-season flowers will be quoted separately and remain subject to availability.
Additional on-site service time is available at $80 per hour.

Venues with restricted access, extended loading distances, stairs without lift access or other exceptional requirements may incur an additional charge. Any applicable charge will be discussed and agreed upon before booking confirmation.
BLOOM BAR FAQ
A few things you might be wondering.
1. How many guests can the Bloom Bar accommodate?
Bloom Bar services require a minimum booking of 30 guests. We can accommodate larger events and will recommend the appropriate setup and staffing according to your confirmed guest count and event flow.
2. What flowers will be included?
Each bouquet includes the number and type of stems stated under your selected Mini, Petite or Signature option.

The final flower and foliage selection will be thoughtfully curated according to your event palette, budget and seasonal availability. Specific, premium or out-of-season flowers may incur additional charges.
3. What will each guest receive?
Each confirmed guest is allocated one bouquet in your selected size.
​
Depending on your chosen service format, bouquets will either be prepared in advance, arranged and wrapped by the OBF team on-site, or created by guests at the DIY Bloom Bar.
4. Can different service formats be combined?
Ready-Made Bouquets and On-Site Wrapping may be combined within the same event. This allows some bouquets to be prepared beforehand while retaining an interactive flower-selection experience for other guests.

The DIY Bloom Bar is available as a standalone service only.
5. How long will the On-Site Bloom Bar be available?
On-Site Wrapping includes up to two hours of service, or until the flower allocation prepared for the confirmed number of guests has been fully utilised, whichever occurs first.

Additional service time is available at $80 per hour.
6. What does the venue need to provide?
The venue should provide suitable tables and sufficient space for the flower display and bouquet-wrapping area.

If tables or additional setup items are required from OBF, please let us know when enquiring. Any available rental items and their prices will be itemised in your proposal and agreed upon before booking confirmation. These are separate from the published logistics fee.
7. What are the logistics fees?
A flat logistics fee applies to each Bloom Bar booking within mainland Singapore:
• Ready-Made Bouquets — $100 per event
• On-Site Wrapping — $180 per event
• DIY Bloom Bar — $180 per event

8. Can the flowers be made pet-friendly?
Yes. Let us know if animals will be present, and we can curate a selection of pet-friendly flowers and foliage for your event.
9. How far in advance should I enquire?
We recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Specific branding customisations require at least two months’ advance notice.

All customisation requests remain subject to availability, preparation time and complexity.
10. How do I confirm my booking?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is payable one week before the event.
​
Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.
11. What happens if fewer guests attend than expected?
Final charges are based on the confirmed guest count. No refund or price adjustment will be provided for guests who do not attend, as their flowers and materials will already have been prepared.
12. What happens if I need to cancel or postpone?
As fresh flowers and event materials are prepared specifically for your booking, payments are non-refundable for cancellations or postponements requested within one week of the event date.

Requests made earlier will be reviewed according to the circumstances and the work already completed.
13. Are the prices subject to GST?
No. Prices quoted by Open Bloom Floral are not subject to GST.
