Except for Blooms of the Week, all floral orders must be placed a minimum of 2 days in advance, either through our website or by contacting us via email/WhatsApp at hello@openbloomfloral.com/ +65 8753 9552.

 

A confirmation email will be sent for all orders.

Our bouquets and arrangements reflect our distinctive style, with each creation having slight variations due to the unique petal forms and sizes of each flower. If certain flowers are unavailable due to seasonality or flower condition, we reserve the right to substitute them with other flowers of comparable value. Rest assured, we make every effort to maintain the overall shape, size, and color combination.
 

Any amendments to order must be notified to us via email or Whatsapp at least 48 hours before delivery date. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis, please contact us via email or WhatsApp to check.
