1. How far in advance should I enquire about my wedding flowers?
We recommend enquiring as early as possible, especially for weddings during busy periods or those requiring venue styling. This gives us more time to understand your vision, discuss flower availability and plan everything thoughtfully.
Wedding-flower orders confirmed less than two weeks before the wedding date are considered rush orders and will incur a $30 rush fee, subject to our availability and ability to fulfil the request.
2. Can I customise my wedding flowers?
Absolutely. Your flowers are designed around your style, colour palette, venue and the feeling you want to create. You don't need to choose from a fixed catalogue.
3. What if I have a specific flower in mind?
Let us know! We'll check seasonal availability and recommend suitable alternatives where necessary. Some flowers are naturally more seasonal than others, so we'll help you find an option that stays true to your vision.
4. Do you offer faux wedding flowers?
Yes. We offer faux floral styling for couples who prefer flowers that can be kept long after the wedding, as well as for selected bridal arrangements and styling needs.
5. Can you work within my budget?
Yes. We believe beautiful wedding flowers shouldn't require you to compromise your entire vision. We'll work with your priorities and budget to determine where your floral investment will have the greatest impact.
6. Do you deliver and set up wedding flowers?
Yes, depending on your wedding requirements and location. Delivery and setup can be discussed as part of your wedding proposal.
