FLORAL SERVICES FAQ
A few things you might be wondering.
1. What floral arrangements can I order online?
Our online collection includes three omakase formats—bouquets, Korean baskets and vase arrangements, alongside four much-loved OBF Favourites.
With our omakase arrangements, you select the format and size before leaving the finer creative details in our hands. OBF Favourites offer a more defined floral direction while still allowing for seasonal variation.
2. What does “omakase” mean?
Omakase means that the finer creative decisions are entrusted to the florist. We select the flowers, foliage, colours, textures and finishing details according to what is fresh, beautiful and suitable for the arrangement.
Every piece is individually created in the OBF style, so no two arrangements will look exactly alike.
3. Can I share my preferred colours or flowers?
Yes. You may tell us about the recipient, occasion, preferred colours or mood, as well as any flowers or colours you particularly like or would prefer us to avoid.
We will consider your preferences while retaining the creative freedom needed to bring the arrangement together, subject to availability and suitability.
4. Can I request something that is not in the online shop?
Yes. If you require something beyond our online collection—such as a larger arrangement, corporate gifting, flowers for an intimate celebration or another specific request—please email hello@openbloomfloral.com with your preferred date and a brief description of what you have in mind.
We’ll review your request and let you know what is possible.
5. How much notice do I need to place an order?
For standard floral orders, we generally require at least two days’ notice before the requested delivery or collection date.
We recommend ordering earlier during peak periods or for larger and more specific requests. Available dates and ordering deadlines may vary according to the product and our existing fulfilment schedule.
Wedding flowers, events and other larger commissions have different recommended lead times.
6. Do you deliver flowers across Singapore?
Yes, we deliver flowers within Singapore.
The applicable delivery window, charges and any free-delivery entitlement will be displayed in the product listing or during checkout. Additional charges may apply for specific-time delivery, restricted locations, selected areas, Sundays or public holidays.
7. Can I include a message with my flowers?
Of course. A complimentary message card is included with our floral arrangements. Please enter your message and sender’s name exactly as you would like them to appear when placing your order.
